• 2006 manual (code 0145936), 22 printed pages, none missing: runner list on pages 6–7, assembly on pages 8–19 (steps 1–13), pages 20–21 colour and decal guide. Step 10 (body assembly), 13-4 (Zanbuster combination) and 13-7 (cloak) add no new pieces.
• Manual symbols: ◀▶ = mirrored piece fitted on the other side of the same unit, cut both; ▶|◀ = the same piece fitted on both sides; ●/▲ = choose one. Pieces in brackets (J-1 / J-2) are a left/right pair.
• Total 279 pieces = every piece on the runners except those marked ✕. Includes 10 option pieces for building X-1 Kai / X-1 Kai Kai (steps 1-2KK, 6-2KK) and the display piece E-24.
• Weapons (step 13): Zanbuster = Buster Gun (13-1) + Beam Zanber (13-2); two SB1-1 beam blades; two each of Heat Dagger, Brand Marker, Scissor Anchor and Screw Whip (one per side).
• Not counted: the lead wire (リード線, cut 200 mm for the Screw Whip and 30 mm for the cloak collar), double-sided tape, the fabric ABC Mantle (cut the two top corners as shown), stickers and decals.
