Notes

• PG Unleashed manuals have no step numbers: steps are written as page-frame, e.g. 20-1 = page 20, first frame (top to bottom, left to right).
• Runners are split into labelled blocks as printed in the manual (A1…A8, XC1…XC6…), numbered continuously across the whole sheet. Merged blocks are printed with a dot: F1·F9, F2·F3, S4·S5, U1·U2. Some blocks appear on two different sheets, so the same part has two labels: F1-1 and F1·F9-1, F2-6 and F2·F3-6, S4-11 and S4·S5-11, U1·U2-7 and U2-7.
• Checked against the runner list: every number on every runner is used exactly as many times as it exists, except Y-2 (marked ✕), XK3-19 on the second XK sheet (spare) and A1-6 (LED eye).
• Not counted: metal verniers A/B, metal vulcans, red/blue wire (cut to length, listed in step notes) and the separately sold LED unit. A1-6 is marked LED and only needed with the LED unit. LED frames still contain regular parts such as X-1, XI-15, XI-16, XI-18, which are needed without LED too.
• Optional parts are counted: both eye types (57-2/57-3), right/left arm shield mounts (91-4/91-5), 6 FJ-3 adapters for Action Base 8 (sold separately), 6 FJ-4 stands (2 are reused to join the fin funnels in 105-1), J-14 + R2-13 for both the gripping and the open hands.
• Six fin funnels: every assembly frame is ×6; each funnel has 3 FE-5 + FE-6 sets.
• Z is the clear pink beam saber blade, not numbered.
• Most runners have under-gates: the manual marks the spots to trim on the back with pink ▶ arrows.
• Stickers: plain numbers = metallic 3D stickers, EA/EB = etching stickers A/B, CV = cover stickers, WD = water decals.
